Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all genuine products (EcoFlow, Growatt, Luminous, etc.) distributed by Paragon. Our local support team in Chattogram handles service inquiries according to standard manufacturer guidelines.

Paragon Distribution shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of sustainable energy products purchased through our partners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chattogram.
